Arkadium Announces Participation attheGDCNext 2013 Conference

Arkadium, creators of the largest library of casual games in the world, today announces their participation in two sessions at GDC Next 2013, a developer conference focusing on creating the game experiences of the future, including playing games, as well as monetizing, distributing, marketing and sharing them. GDC Next takes place from November 5-7, 2013 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, CA.  

Kenny Rosenblatt, CEO and Co-founder of Arkadium, will participate in the panel The Future or a Fad? Windows 8 Developers on Creating Games for an Emerging Platform. The panel will explore the advantages and complexities of developing for Windows 8, including strategies and tips on how to succeed on the emerging platform. The panel will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 2:00 PM PT in room 511 AB at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Additionally, Stephen Jarrett, Vice President of Game Design of Arkadium, will present a session on Finding the Fun: Playtesting Your Way to Success. He will explore the importance of testing different free-to-play models, offering specific examples and tips on how developers can create their own successful games. It will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 2:45 PM PT in room 511 AB at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
